Controller and contact

JLG GROWTH & STRATEGY - FZCO (JLG Advisory), with its registered address at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the data it receives through jlgfractional.com. You can write to privacy@jlgfractional.com.

Our services are offered and contracted only with companies and other legal entities. Even so, the name and email address of the person who gets in touch on their behalf are personal data.

Data and purpose

If you use the form, we process your name, email address, organisation, website if you provide it, the options you choose and your message. We also record the date, the page you came from and the consent text you ticked. If you email us, we process the data you include and the data needed to reply to you. Please do not send sensitive data or third parties’ personal data that is not necessary.

We use this data to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal for the organisation you represent. The legal basis for the form is your consent, which you can withdraw. To reply to an email you send us voluntarily, we use the data needed to deal with that request; where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for that reply is our legitimate interest in handling the professional communications we receive. We do not send advertising through this channel or make automated decisions about you.

Cloudflare may process technical data about your visit, such as your IP address and the time, to serve and protect the website. This protection meets the need to keep the service and the data secure; where the GDPR applies, it also relies on our legitimate interest.

Retention and providers

If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete its data from Google Sheets and from our email no later than six months after the last contact, except for any data we must keep to meet a legal obligation or to deal with a claim. Data relating to an engagement is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable legal periods. Technical data is kept as needed to provide and protect the service, and in line with the provider’s applicable terms.

We handle enquiries from the United Arab Emirates. Google Workspace receives the form through Apps Script, stores it in Sheets and sends a notification to our email. Cloudflare handles the hosting and security of the website. These providers may process data in other countries. We do not sell data or share it for advertising purposes. We may disclose it where required by law or where necessary for a claim.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of the use of your data; you can also object or exercise portability where applicable. You can withdraw your consent without affecting any processing carried out before. Write to us at privacy@jlgfractional.com. We will handle your request in accordance with the applicable law. Where the GDPR applies, you can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in the EU.
